For Brows: Draw in eyebrows, as if drawing individual hairs. Start by drawing from the arch to the end of the brow, then from the arch to the center of the brow, and lastly from the center to the start of the brow. Finish by drawing in lightly at the start of the brow. Use the brush on the pencil, and following the natural flow of the hairs, blend the color for a more natural look. For Liner: Start at the outer corner of the eye and draw small, light horizontal strokes onto the base of the upper lashes. Application technique varies according to the desired effect.
